In 1997 I had a psychic and spiritual breakthrough which led me through an intense healing process.

During this time I became aware of myself as a multidimensional being -compassion, wisdom, joy, and bliss filled peace as all the feminine divine incarnations. Intense yearning to maintain this state of beingness took me deeper and deeper into my own inner knowingness teaching me how to re embrace my multi-dimensional self in all its forms, regaining the space of non-duality, allowing me to embody my own divinity in a much more consistent way.

The awakening left me with a powerful knowingness which has never been in the form of channelled messages. Memories had to be relived, accepted, integrated and embodied before I could deliver and facilitate the teaching of these concepts. The memories took me to the heart of the cosmos, into ascension, to the conceptualisation of the game, beyond the mind and duality and back to the essence of love that we individually and collectively embody in oneness.

During this time I travelled to many sacred places around the world particularly India, and in 2002 a further awakening took place when I met fellow beings who had way beyond '13 strands of DNA'

As we sat in my apartment in India I knew it was one of the most important destinies in my entire lifetimes, a meeting set up out of time and beyond the 'game' to exchange of each others DNA codes. We literally liberated all the known possibilities of creation previously held in separation back into a contiguous oneness. Also at this time I learnt the art of zero point meditation, going beyond the mind, and accessing oneness in its totality as a way of solving and dissolving the limitations that I still had activated.

I then had to come to terms and integrate this expanded and dynamic awareness into a workable form for me to express. On a personal level it really did mean remembering on all levels of creation and dealing with the emotional pain of separation that each of these fractures had caused. It meant visiting the places of the heavens, hells, limbo and purgatory that I had created within myself and as an archetype in all beings.

Regular long periods in meditation and healing have allowed me to access the energy I call "The Cosmic Pulse", to be able to hold this energy consciously in a more contiguous way, and to come to terms with my own divinity. This is an ongoing project!

In coming to terms with the message I had to deliver through organising courses on the freetelemessage.com site I realised that this was the corner stone of what I had to facilitate within those of you that are ready to shift from the consciousness of duality to that of love, acceptance and oneness.
